Also, as I worked with many individuals in my 30 year career and help them improve their skills, there was one common theme that kept emerging over and over again that contributed to their skills deficiency. The common theme was their habits and belief systems which were embedded as part of their subconscious mind that has been programmed since their early childhood development stages and through adulthood. Thus, the connection between early childhood development skills, specifically: cognitive; social and emotional, and language and communication skills, and 21 st – century skills which are cognitive, interpersonal, and intrapersonal skills.
