Anne Lewis

Anne Lewis is a former senior CTV broadcast journalist and winner of an Edward R. Murrow award for Excellence in Journalism (a top industry honor). A career-
ending accident became the gift of radical change, taking her away from the public eye and into the joy of transformative change through coaching. Anne
accompanies executives, board members, leaders, entrepreneurs and professionals, using whole-person evidence-based strategies leavened with creativity,
humor, imaginativity and ingenuity. Anne’s genius for connecting on a deep level with her clients brings them to discover unrealized potential.

A car accident at the pinnacle of her broadcast career led her to Concordia University’s post- graduate Certification in Personal and Professional Coaching and to an International Coaching Federation credential at PCC level (Professional Certified Coach).

Forty years in communications, a lifelong love of learning and multi-disciplinary expertise meld with her extensive journalism experience, corporate work, published arts and science writing, twelve years teaching at Montreal’s Concordia University and decades increative arts.

The support she provides clients lightens the weight of burnout, layoff, redundancy, reassignment, retirement, trauma and more. Anne has extensive training and experience accompanying neurodivergent individuals.

Thousands of expert interviews conducted as a journalist enrich her coaching presence. She is the author of The Art and Science of Expertise.

Anne encourages clear vision, skilled self-leadership, imaginative thinking, agile negotiation, emotional intelligence, steadfast stress-management strategies and supportive resilience. A range of somatic work is often integrated into coaching mandates.
